Sweet Banana Pepper

A short season favorite due to its early production of exceptionally sweet, “munchy and crunchy” peppers. This smooth, waxy sheen pepper grows up to 6” long and tapers to a point. The very productive, compact plants grow up to 24” tall and are filled with light yellow fruit that changes to orange-red when fully mature. Multiple uses after harvest include eating fresh from the garden, a superb griller and fryer, and delicious pickler! Your taste buds will go “bananas” for this one.
