How We Got Started
We’ve always loved to garden, but in 2010, God planted the dream in our hearts to start our very own seed company. Since then, our focus has only sharpened toward growing as much of our own food as possible. The soil may be rocky here in the Missouri Ozarks, but the harvests and lessons we reap are well worth the labor. We consider ourselves blessed to be able to work from home, providing fellow gardeners with the heirloom seeds we love.

Our mission here at WHSC is to share our passion for gardening and encourage others to return to a simpler, more self-sufficient way of life. There is much to be learned and harvested from working the land. We strive to offer quality seeds that guarantee our gardening friends success and a healthier life.
In John 4:35-36, Jesus says, “Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.” The moment we read that, we knew that embodied our work. White Harvest – a promised fruitful field. Every gardener knows what it’s like when they look upon a harvest ready to reap. Gratitude and excitement fills their hearts. Provision for their families lie before them. You’ve waited, you’ve toiled, and now is the time to “bring in the sheaves.”
