Scarlet Nantes Carrot

This French classic, also known as Early Coreless, is grown year after year for its sweet, high sugar/moisture content. The orange, blunt tip, nearly-coreless carrot grows 6-7” long and maintains a 1 ¼” wide diameter from top to bottom, making it a great slicer. It processes well, even for baby carrots and is a very desirable, high vitamin juicer. It also makes a great crisp, dipping “snacker”. It matures earlier than most other carrots and has small-medium tops.
