Roma Paste Red Tom

The classic epitome of paste tomatoes. This “Italian Plum” with its meaty, dense, low juice flesh makes it an ideal cooking/processing tomato. These 2-4 oz. red fruits average 2-3” in length and grow on determinate plants under 4′ tall. Roma tomatoes tend to ripen all at once so plan your harvesting/processing date accordingly.
