Red Kuri Squash

Also known as Orange Hokkaido, a Japanese original.  A baby red-orange hubbard variety that is tear-shaped and smooth skinned.  Great for pies and purees.  Generally produces 3-5 pounders, even in cool climates with short growing seasons.
