Lacinato Kale

Also known as Dinosaur or Nero di Toscana. An Italian heirloom from the 18th century. Savoy style leaves are dark blue green and grow 3″ wide and up to 18″ long. Frost enhances flavor and sweetness but is best eaten when leaves are small and tender.
