Dwarf Siberian Kale

This variety, which originated in Russia, loves cool weather and is slow to bolt. The 14″ tall plants have dark green, small ruffled leaves that form a large rosetta when mature. A touch of frost will produce more flavor in leaves. Plant this kale in early spring or late summer.
