Mizuna Mustard Oriental Greens

Here’s an Oriental mustard green that is multi-faceted. Add it to your mesclun salad mixes, stir-fries, soups, sandwiches or use it as a brilliant foliage background. It has a mild, tender, slightly peppery taste. Harvest at 3-6″ for salads, or larger (8-10″) for braising. Slender, white stalks bear feathery, serrated leaves.
