Certified Organic seed. One of the best “pumpkin pie” makers around! The nicely sweet flesh is orange and almost completely string-less. Stores well after harvesting. Also known as Nantucket Pie Squash. Harvesting Tip: Pick at late stage of green skin with orange spot on bottom. Will turn completely orange when ripe inside and ready to eat.
